PROJECT OVERVIEW

When Justin first came to us, his vision looked very different. He had launched a project called Argument Free, built around helping couples in crisis stop fighting and rebuild connection through his relationship coaching methods.

We designed the brand identity, wrote all the copy, scripted and filmed his intro video, and launched Google Ads to promote the program. Leads started coming in immediately. Bookings were made.

Everything looked like a win, until it wasn’t.

Despite the strong ad performance, nobody showed up to the calls. His “show rate” was zero. What looked like success on paper wasn’t converting into actual revenue, and that forced us to dig deeper into the real problem.

PROBLEMS & SOLUTIONS

The challenge: Justin didn’t need more leads, he needed buyers. Most agencies stop when they deliver traffic or bookings, but the goal here was sales, not vanity metrics. We tested everything: pricing, headlines, the call structure, even reframing the offer as a free session. Nothing delivered profitable returns. From our customer surveys, we learned that couples often booked calls during conflict, then reconciled before the appointment. The timing killed conversion. The issue wasn’t marketing - it was the product itself.

The solution: We worked with Justin to reimagine his business entirely. Instead of focusing only on relationship coaching, he pivoted toward a broader, lasting solution: Hypnotherapy and Somatic Exercise under a new brand - Good Life Support.

Our team created the branding, logo, website, video scripts and copy for the new business. We then launched a new Google Ads strategy focused on transformation, not crisis. The results came fast. Leads turned into high-ticket clients, and the business started generating consistent, profitable returns.

RESULTS AND HIGHLIGHTS
  • Full rebrand and repositioning from Argument Free to Good Life Support.
  • New logo, website, copy and ad campaign built around trust and transformation.
  • Ads began generating high-quality leads and high-ticket sales within weeks.
  • The brand now attracts continuous program enrollments without constant advertising.

Today, Justin’s success story isn’t just commercial - it’s personal. The business grew so effectively that he decided he had “enough.” Enough clients, enough income, and enough time to focus on what truly matters to him. We still catch up regularly to talk about life and business. And if there’s one thing we know, it’s that Justin will build again. For us, that’s the real win - helping a client find not just success, but purpose.
